Dual-channel VI Curve Tester Circuit Board Online Detection ASA Tester 4 Gears Adjustable VI Curve Tester Circuit Board HW-210K
Features:
1. 4-speed frequency, adjustable AC speed.
2. Dual signal input, click Single channel/alternate display.
3. 4 test frequencies, which can be used when connected to an oscilloscope, both analog and digital oscilloscopes can be used.
4. Do not charge the circuit board when testing it online. If there is a large capacitor on the circuit board, please discharge the capacitor first, otherwise it is easy to burn the VI test board.
Specifications:
Color: Grey
Material: Plastic
Power supply: 24V DC(delivered without power adapter, please prepare your own)
Oscilloscope Settings:
1. Adjust the oscilloscope to X-Y mode (different oscilloscopes have different adjustment methods, please explore).
2. Adjust the vertical parameters of the two channels of X and Y to 1V/div, just adjust a mono oscilloscope,
3. Analog oscilloscope does not need to adjust the time base, digital oscilloscope time base is adjusted between 1-5ms.
4. After the connection is correct, the oscilloscope will display a horizontal line. If a vertical line is displayed, the xY plug will be reversed.
5. Adjust the vertical and horizontal parameters. The horizontal and vertical lines are displayed in the display box.
Method of connecting an analog oscilloscope:
Adjust the oscilloscope to xY mode. Some oscilloscopes can be selected by pressing a button, while others can be selected by using the xY mode knob, so learn for yourself.
Connect the BNC cable to the oscilloscope and power on. Typically, a horizontal line is displayed. Adjust the xY vertical channel parameter to about 1V/div, then adjust the x-y attenuation so that the horizontal line is in the display box. It can also pass the VI test version. The upper X-decay potentiometer helps adjust the length of the horizontal line. If the test pen is short-circuited, a vertical line will normally be displayed. If the vertical line is too long or too short, you need to adjust the Y channel parameters to make the vertical line appear in the display box. Semi-lattice or marginal 1 lattice is better. If the horizontal and vertical lines are normal, normal measurements can be entered.
How to connect a digital oscilloscope:
1. For digital oscilloscopes, enter xY mode by menu or key. The two channels of xY are adjusted to 1V/div, and the monorail oscilloscope only needs to adjust the Y channel. Adjust the time base to 1-5 milliseconds. The xY channel chooses DC coupling and attenuates 1x.
2. When the oscilloscope is not connected, the screen should be a bright spot. Adjust the horizontal and vertical directions to center the highlight. Connect the VI tester. Usually, it should be a horizontal line. Adjust the 103 potentiometer at the top of the VI board to form a horizontal line in the display box. A half grid or 1 grid to the edge is a good short-circuit test lead, at which time the display should be vertical. Adjust the Y channel parameters so that the vertical line is in the display box. So far, debugging is basically over.
3. Do not charge the circuit board when testing the circuit board online. If there is a large capacitor on the circuit board, please discharge the capacitor first, otherwise it is easy to burn the VI test board.
